Need advice on a consumer issue?

You can find our consumer advice online, but we also have a Citizens Advice consumer service. Our consumer service provides advice on issues around buying goods or services. This includes being treated unfairly by a trader, receiving a poor service or you may want to switch energy suppliers or cancel a contract.

All our main offices offer a drop-in service. For further information about opening times and location of main offices and outreaches, please click on button below for your area

When you attend a drop-in session we will assess your enquiry and help you decide the next step forward. You will be provided with information to move you forward and may be offered an appointment or a referral depending on the nature of your enquiry. Appointments are carried out face to face and by telephone depending on your preference.
