Through our Catterick Connection and Thrive Together projects we provide free, confidential and impartial advice to serving personnel, veterans, and their families and carers based across North Yorkshire.

We provide a range of opportunities to access services including regular outreach sessions, email advice, telephone appointments, and face-to-face appointments at our main offices.

You can make a referral to us for yourself, or on behalf of someone (with their consent), by continuing to our referral form below.

We aim to respond within 5 working days. You will be able to tell us on the form if the issue is urgent.
