This page is for organisations who need to refer a client to the Law Centre at North Yorkshire Citizens Advice.

You must obtain your client’s permission before making a referral. Everything you share with us will be treated in absolute confidence and all records are stored securely.

We understand that sometimes people need support to contact us. If you are a partner organisation, local authority or provider of charitable support, please use the referral form below to refer someone for advice from the Law Centre.

Whenever possible, please encourage clients to contact us directly by calling our FREE Adviceline on 0808 278 7900 (Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 4.30pm, except bank holidays). This may help them receive advice more quickly.

We aim to respond to referrals within 5 working days. You will be able to indicate on the form if the matter is urgent.
