North Yorkshire Citizens Advice is offering Digital Drop-In sessions with our Digital Champion, providing friendly, one-to-one support to help clients access information safely and confidently online.
These drop-ins are ideal if you need help with:
Finding reliable information online
Using the Citizens Advice website
Accessing online services
Setting up or using apps and online accounts
Digital Drop-In Dates and Locations:

Sessions will take place on:
29 January (10.00 – 12.00 at Skipton Library, 13.00 – 15.00 at South Craven Library)
26 February (10.00 – 12.00 at Skipton Library, 13.00 – 15.00 at South Craven Library)
26 March (10.00 – 12.00 at Skipton Library, 13.00 – 15.00 at South Craven Library)
No appointment is necessary, simply drop in during the session times.
